What is a Typical Class Like?

Cardio Boxing Class is a combination of exercises, done over a period of 60 minutes.  These exercises are the same used by pro fighters to prepare for competitions.

Workout Will Typically Look Like This;

·         Warm up Skipping

·         Combination Punching  with the instructors

·         Combination Punching on Bags

·         Polymeric Training

·         Abs workout

Beginners Will Get Special Attention To Catch Them Up To The Rest of The Class.
