These exercises are the same used by pro fighters to get in shape to prepare for competitions. Students will work out will typically look like this; · Warm up Skipping · Stretching · Combination Punching and kicking on bags, focus mitts · Plyometric stations · Calistenics · Strength Training · Obstacle courses · Cardio Training · Abs workout · And whatever else other surprises we have in store for that day.
