MMA Niagara

Have you always had an interest in MMA but didn’t know where or how to begin training! It’s finally here!! FCC is proud to announce its MMA program! It has been carefully put together by our fight proven and renowned instructors. 

 

Our instructors who specialize in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo and Wrestling have worked together on developing a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program that bring techniques from these various disciplines into a highly effective fighting style.  

 

FCC has created a program made to meet all fitness levels from the absolute beginner to the advanced athlete.  This program is also perfect for those not interested in sparring or competing but for those just looking to get in to amazing shape and have fun!  

 

Classes Included In the MMA Program

  • No Gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu
  • MMA conditioning and sparring
  • Open MMA class  

 

MMA Class Will Typically Look Like This 

 

Our MMA program will teach you strikes, submissions, defences, ground techniques and takedowns that are the foundation of mixed martial arts.  What to expect

  • Smash heavy bags

  • Drill  techniques
  • Cardio and plyometric training
  • Sparring for those interested in competing
