Vince Mattei Goes Black!
Vince Mattei gets promoted to blackbelt! 
Congrattulations on recieving your blackbelt from FCC and the Gracie Barra Niagara team. On October 25th Bruno Fernandes (4-time world champion) visted FCC and Gracie Barra Niagara to hold a BJJ seminar and give out some belt promtions. Among those that recieved belt promtions was Vince Mattei who was promoted to a Gracie Barra Black Belt which is a life-time commitment to the sport and a huge achievement. Achievements: - Blackbelt in GOJU RYU Karate
- Varsity level wrestler (Brock University)
- 2007 Pan-Am Games Brown Belt Bronze Medalist
- 2001 Pan-Am Silver Medalist
- Fedonia NY - Gold Medalist
- GTA -Silver medalist
- Gene Labelle's Grapplers Challenge- Bronze Medalist
Not only has Vince had great great success on the mats but so have his students. Vince is an amazing teacher and a great friend to all of FCC and Gracie Barra Niagara. On behalf of everyone at the club we would like to thank Vince for all his dedication to his students and for his friendship on and off the mats. Thank you Vince!
